every breath you take is healing

individual support

You deserve to feel seen, heard, and respected. Our work together will be co-created, rather than defined or directed by me. It will be a space where you have the opportunity to talk, feel, process, and grow. Together we can also work on building your capacity to be more in tune with your body’s messages that relate to your emotional experience. Through this we can explore together how to express yourself in ways that feel authentic to you.

The individual support that I offer often involves:

  • Journaling

  • Art & creative practices

  • Somatic awareness and exercises

  • Laughter & tears

If you would like to receive individual support, we can connect regularly through Zoom or phone calls.

Each session costs $150 for one hour.

Sliding scale pricing is available.

individual and/or group consulting

If you are a person with BPD who is working in a professionalized care field (such as counselling, crisis work, nursing, shelter services) and you would like support related your work life, we can do this together. Mainstream employment can already be a difficult environment when we experience intense emotions, but especially so when the work itself we are doing is also emotionally demanding.

We can work through:

  • Navigating work/life boundaries

  • Moving through conflict or triggers related to the work environment, coworkers, or clients

  • Finding direction and/or a sense of purpose in your work life

  • Dealing with BPD-related stigma, either directed at you or your clients, that is present in the mainstream healthcare world

If you would like to do individual or group consultations, we can connect through Zoom or phone calls. Please reach out by email with some information about yourself.

Each individual session costs $150 for one hour. Group consultation sessions, as well as workshops or training, are priced based on group size and the level/type of support required. Topics can be tailored to meet the needs of your workplace — reach out if you’d like to discuss options!

If you don’t identify with BPD, but you work with individuals diagnosed or suspected as such, and you want to improve your capacity in providing effective care to us, we can also work together. Through our conversations you can:

  • Learn more about BPD and trauma that is complex, relational, and/or developmental

  • Identify your own triggers related to working with highly sensitive people

  • Build skills for navigating attachment rupture & repair within the caring relationship, as well as remaining present in the face of intense emotional expressions
